We use clean energy produced by us.
First of all we are a farm that has been cultivating legumes and cereals from over 130 years. We are mainly growers of rice (Vialone Nano and Carnaroli), legumes (chickpeas, lentils, peas, peas, proteic peas, Cannellini and Borlotti beans), corn, quinoa and soy (Included Edamame). In the last years, we started growing new cultures from Asia and South America and we rediscovering ancient varieties of our tradition.
Part of our fields are dedicated to the rapeseed cultivation from which we extract the oil that feeds the driers and supply green energy to our plant and offices. We make continuous quality controls both on raw matters and final product.
